Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Custom or bulk orders may take longer; we’ll notify you if extra time is needed.

Shipping Rates &

Delivery

• We ship nationwide within New Zealand using tracked courier services.

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days.

• Express Shipping (optional): 1–2 business days (where available).

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.

Rural Deliveries

​

• Please allow an extra 1–2 business days for rural addresses.

International Shipping

​

• At this stage, we only ship within New Zealand. (If you’d like international shipping later, this can be updated.)

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Delays

​

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or peak holiday seasons.

• Please order early during Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Valentine’s Day to avoid disappointment.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

• If your package is delayed or missing, we’ll work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
