All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom or bulk orders may take longer; we’ll notify you if extra time is needed.
Shipping Rates &
Delivery

We ship nationwide within New Zealand using tracked courier services.

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days.

Express Shipping (optional): 1–2 business days (where available).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.
Rural Deliveries

Please allow an extra 1–2 business days for rural addresses.
International Shipping

At this stage, we only ship within New Zealand. (If you’d like international shipping later, this can be updated.)
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or peak holiday seasons.

Please order early during Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Valentine’s Day to avoid disappointment.
Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

If your package is delayed or missing, we’ll work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
