Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Email us at sassycollection.nz@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will either offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the problem.

We list full ingredients for all products on our website and packaging to help you make informed choices. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please review these carefully. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reactions or sensitivities.
